Swedish Massage  The ultimate in relaxation! Swedish massage offers a full body massage using a complete range of traditional European techniques.

Deep Tissue Massage Therapeutic, yet relaxing massage technique, using firm pressure to target pain and tension in the deeper muscles and tissues.

Mother-to-be  Special table set-up provides total comfort whether you're eight weeks or eight months along. Re-energize and find relief for the aches and pains. You deserve it!

Sports  Specialized pre- or post-activity massage technique for the muscles, tendons and joint functions. This is an effective treatment concentrating on specific areas needing attention.

Foot Reflexology  Reflexology is the belief that there are reflex points in the feet and hands that correspond to glands, organs, and all parts of the body. Pressure in these points help to create balance and harmony within the body, improve circulation, soothe the nervous system and reduce stress.

All Foot Reflexology sessions are scheduled for one hour. A 1 1/2 hour session includes your choice of neck and shoulder massage, or massage therapy for the hands.
